Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment, from intake to onboarding
Proactively source and engage candidates across various roles
Track recruiting metrics and share insights with HR leadership
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of recruiting or HR experience
Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with ATS platforms preferred
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
