We are currently seeking an energetic person with excellent communication skills. You must be a problem solver, multi-tasker, and have great customer service skills!
Responsibilities of the HVAC Dispatcher :
- Receive status calls from and follow up with technicians in the field.
- Schedule calls for technicians according to physical location, availability, and skill set.
- Inform technicians in the field of their next call and important information about the call.
- Liaison between technicians and customers to determine appropriate actions.
- Collect documentation from technicians in a timely manner.
- Schedule HVAC services, maintenance, and repair appointments.
- Keep a constant connection between the office and the field.
- Able to submit permitting applications.
- Able to handle rebate applications.
- Other duties may include bookkeeping / invoicing as needed.
- Ability to navigate a high-stress position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
