Project Manager

Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Highway Construction
will oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring that goals are met
on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
safety, cost control, and team leadership
Instill
Safety as the highest priority
across all phases of the project.
Manage and mentor a
team of Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel
Track and report
project progress, budgets, and resource needs
in coordination with Operations Managers.
Build and maintain
positive relationships
with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
Identify, document, and obtain approvals for
changes in project scope, budget, and schedule
Oversee
monthly billings, cash flow projections, and change order processing
Review and update
project schedules
in coordination with site management.
Coordinate
equipment and staffing requirements
with regional and project teams.
Maintain full knowledge of
plans, specifications, and project documentation
Represent the company at
client meetings, site walks, and progress reviews
Ensure consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and alignment with company policies.
Bachelor’s Degree
in
Construction Management
Civil Engineering
, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
in
heavy civil construction
as a
Project Engineer or Project Manager
Proven experience managing infrastructure projects involving
earthwork, paving, grading, underground utilities, or structures
Strong understanding of
construction scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
Be part of a
respected, long-standing heavy civil contractor
with major infrastructure experience across the Southwest.
