Overview : The Graduate Nurse under the supervision of a licensed RN, the graduate nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift and periodizing the delivery of care using time and resources efficiently integrating an evidence and standards based framework model.
