Key Responsibilities

Oversee podcast production from concept to publication, including audio and video workflows.

Coordinate guest booking, conduct background research, and assist with episode scripting.

Manage logistics for both remote and in-person recordings, ensuring top-tier audio and video quality.

Track deadlines, episode timelines, and overall production schedules.

Collaborate with editorial leadership on content planning, show outlines, and creative direction.

Support venue coordination for live events and on-site recordings.

Review edited episodes for flow, factual accuracy, and brand consistency.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in podcast production, media production, or a related field.

Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, or comparable tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with guests and internal teams.

Familiarity with U.S. politics and current events.

Creativity and storytelling ability with a focus on audience engagement.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced collaborative team.

Compensation

Salary : Starting at $80,000+ annually, based on experience.
