What You Will Experience In This Position :

Quality Systems & Compliance

• Lead regularly scheduled site Quality Management reviews and corrective actions to ensure customer requirements are met. Ensure certifications for all future AS9100 external audits through an active internal audit team.
• Maintain and improve site quality systems including lot traceability, calibration, material certification, contract review, internal test methods including AQL, CPK evaluation, reliability, etc.
• Establish and support "Advanced Product Quality Planning" strategies and objectives for supplier product qualifications and new product introductions.

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range : $115,500.00 - $214,500.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
