Wize Solutions is seeking a Dock and Door Foreman to lead installation projects for loading dock equipment and industrial doors. In this role, you’ll oversee a crew, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance of customer equipment. The Foreman plays a key role in driving project success, exceeding customer expectations, and upholding Wize Solutions’ reputation as an industry leader in service and reliability.

Requirements : What You’ll Do
- Lead and assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of dock levelers, restraints, doors, loading dock seals / shelters, and control wiring
- Manage project operations, including reviewing paperwork and ordering materials
- Maintain communication with coordinators on schedules and project updates
- Ensure safety compliance on all job sites
- Keep trucks, tools, and consumables organized and stocked
- Resolve installation challenges and communicate solutions clearly
- Build strong customer relationships and represent Wize Solutions professionally
