You will participate in a best-in-class remote training program (New Colleague Training, or NCT), which is paid, interactive, and collaborative. After graduation, you may work from home or in a hybrid model, with continued support from your manager and team.

What you\'ll be doing

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on both candidates and clients. You will manage the full life-cycle of direct-hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level positions across a variety of clients. You will interview candidates, match them with client opportunities, and identify new clients while maintaining a sense of urgency and high service standards.

• Bachelor\'s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Anticipated salary : California : $68,640; Colorado : $56,485; New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties : $64,350; New York (All Other Locations) : $60,405.80; Washington : $77,968.80. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k or non-qualified deferred compensation plan. PTO up to 152 hours per year, 10 paid holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO / holiday hours prorated by hire date.
