Overview :
The End User Technology Administrator is responsible for empowering employees through technology by serving as the subject matter expert for the Microsoft 365 platform. This role focuses on enhancing end-user productivity and efficiency by implementing, supporting, and educating users on core M365 applications. The Administrator will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of new tools and drive adoption through coaching, documentation, and support.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications, including Copilot, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Partner with internal departments to onboard new software and products, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.
- Lead workshops and provide one-on-one coaching to help end users maximize their use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Create and maintain user-friendly documentation such as guides, FAQs, and instructional videos.
- Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365-related issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to identify and implement improvements in end-user technology experience.
- Support change management initiatives related to technology rollouts and upgrades.
Qualifications :
Proven experience working with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in an enterprise environment.Strong understanding of end-user support, service delivery, and change management principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, user-friendly materials.Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and enabling others through technology.What we offer you :
