Compensation : $75,000 – $85,000

As a Registered Client Associate you can expect to :
Monitor and update pending business documentation; maintain weekly summary of outstanding items including asset transfers, client contributions / distributions, and other in-progress activities for advisor reviewMaintain organized, up-to-date digital files in compliance with firm and regulatory standardsAssist in onboarding new clients, including paperwork and integration into firm systemsCoordinate and manage the advisor's calendar, commitments, and client meetingsRespond to client questions regarding accounts, transfers, withdrawals, planning topics, and investmentsSupport preparation for client meetings with financial planning reports, portfolio analytics, etc.Use CRM platforms (RedTail experience a plus) to manage communication, tasks, scheduling, and marketing effortsFile client statements, correspondence, and agreements completely within five business daysConduct investment research using tools such as Morningstar®, YCharts, or Commonwealth and / or LPL Financial systems as directed by the advisorMaintain mutual fund, and exchange traded fund recommended listsUpdate values into appropriate planning software – Right CapitalConduct monthly / quarterly / ad hoc client reportingCreate personal financial statementsTrack all pending business paperwork, update pending business summary sheet for advisor's attentionFile Client documents in a timely mannerCreate and distribute general and customized communications to clientsAssist in client events, mailings, newsletters, and firm marketing effortsProvide operational support including supply management and vendor coordinationQualifications for this role include :
A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field)Minimum SIE, prefer FINRA Series 653+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client-facing or client service roleFamiliarity with broker-dealer operations, forms, and platforms (NFS-Wealthscape, LPL Financial, Commonwealth Financial Network® a plus)Strong calendar management and organizational skillsExperience with CRM systems such as RedTailProficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Right Capital Financial Planning Software, YCharts, MorningStar Advisor WorkstationSM, YCharts, Argus, Value Line, AdvisorStream, Calendly, Doodle, ZoomWorking knowledge of financial products including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance, and annuitiesExposure to estate planning concepts and charitable giving strategiesBasic marketing best practicesGrowth OpportunitiesWe are invested in your long-term development.
