Key Responsibilities of the Travel Vascular Interventional Technologist

Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional vascular procedures

Operate and maintain imaging and monitoring equipment within safety standards

Provide technical support to physicians during complex vascular procedures

Prepare and educate patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding

Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements of the Travel Vascular Interventional Technologist

ACLS and BLS certifications (required)

ARRT certification in Vascular Interventional Radiography or equivalent

2+ years of interventional radiology experience

Strong knowledge of vascular procedures, imaging protocols, and patient care
