Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Plumber with excellent customer service abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will own tools for the trade and have at least 2 years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. Responsibilities of this position include proper diagnosis of plumbing issues, timely and complete service and repair calls, and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

We provide growth opportunities with specialized training, as well as collaboration with experienced team leaders and managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and / or replace plumbing faucets, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Accurately make repairs with minimal callbacks.
• Communicate with dispatch throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned jobs.
• Knowledge of most toilets and faucets with the ability to identify parts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
