Position Description : The Accounts Receivable / Grants Specialist is an essential member of the finance team. Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounts Receivable / Grants Specialist will serve as the lead for accounts receivable and grant budget management functions. In addition, the Accounts Receivable / Grants Specialist will answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data. They will ensure the agency is compliant with local, state, and federal standards, policies, and guidelines and promote Honor Community Health services while maintaining strong internal and external relationships, completing reports, and special projects. In addition, the Accounts Receivable / Grants Specialist works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality health care to all.
