TBK Bank Sports and Entertainment Complex is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Server. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and providing exceptional service to guests. Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests by greeting them warmly, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring that the presentation and quality meet venue standards.
• Keep assigned tables clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with necessary condiments and supplies.
• Have a good understanding of the menu offerings, including food and beverage options, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Proficiently use the point-of-sale (POS) system to enter orders, process payments, and generate guest checks.
• Suggest and upsell additional items or promotions to increase guest satisfaction and venue revenue.
• Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service, to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions, including making change and processing tips.
• Complete closing duties, including reconciling payments, cleaning and restocking the server station, and ensuring readiness for the next shift.
