As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal parts and components.

Responsibilities

  • Program and set up CNC machines using 3D CAD and / or SolidWorks panel bender programming software
  • Utilize basic machine and CAD experience to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Fabricate sheet metal parts according to technical drawings and blueprints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve quality

Job Functions

  • Proficient in operating CNC machines and programming turret punches
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
  • Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC Swiss machines
  • Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and adhere to quality standards
  • Maintain documentation and records of production activities
  • Skills

  • Knowledgeable on CNC Swiss Machinery
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D CAD and / or SolidWorks panel bender programming
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
