LHH Recruitment is seeking a Compliance and Safety Engineer for a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to innovation and excellence in engineering. Position Overview :

As a Compliance and Safety Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that engineering systems and products meet rigorous safety, regulatory, and reliability standards throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enhance system performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute compliance and safety plans, including safety assessments, hazard analyses, and regulatory documentation.
• Support design reviews and provide safety and compliance input to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to integrate safety and regulatory principles into product development and sustainment.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements related to safety and compliance engineering.
