Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Perform a wide range of medical duties, similar to a physician, but with physician supervision. Responsibilities can include but are not limited to :

Patient Care

Patient Assessment / Exams

Medical History

Interventional Pain Management Health Counseling

Diagnosis and Treatment

Diagnosing

Developing Treatment Plans

Prescribing Medication and Therapies

Interventional Pain Management Procedures

Trigger Point Injections

Joint Injections

Botox

Other Procedures as Trained and Approved

Ordering Necessary Diagnostics or Consultations

MRI

X Ray

Other Testing as Needed IE : EMG / NCV

Administrative Tasks

Documenting in Electronic Patient's Chart

Maintaining Accurate and up to date medical records

Billing- Ensuring proper CPT codes are used to bill for services rendered

HER- Tebra- Previously Kareo

All Other Duties as required for Patient Care

Salary :

$130,000 for 40 hours a week 5 days a week Full Time Position

$62.50 an Hour Possibility to work 4 days a week

Monday- Thursday 8AM- 5 PM

Friday 645AM- 330PM
