A company is looking for a Recruiting Lead to drive talent strategy and full-cycle recruiting as they scale their team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and headcount priorities
Own sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and offer processes for all open roles
Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, and external networks
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-growing, technical, or startup environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience hiring technically focused teams
Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams
Knowledge of the Web 3 and Crypto market is a plus
