Key Responsibilities

Use product engagement tools to analyze usage data and correlate it with customer sentiment

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in product management, customer research, or customer success within a B2B SaaS or technology environment

Demonstrated success in operationalizing voice of customer programs and influencing product teams

Experience using product analytics tools to extract and communicate insights

Proven ability to work cross-functionally across regional and global teams

Deep understanding of the US compliance, risk, or B2B enterprise market is preferred
