With exciting growth ahead, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's ready to take the lead on building brand awareness, deepening referral relationships, and coordinating successful events.
This is not a remote role -our work happens on the ground, in the community, and alongside our surgical team. You'll need reliable transportation, a strong sense of initiative, and the energy to be where the action is. Our team enjoys remote work on Fridays.
What You'll Do :
- Drive Brand Awareness : Execute strategic marketing campaigns that amplify our reputation and services.
- Build Referral Relationships : Visit referral offices, coordinate engaging events (CEs, social gatherings, etc.), and develop relationships that fuel patient referrals.
- Partner with Surgeons : Collaborate closely with assigned surgeons to build personalized marketing plans that resonate with the unique communities they serve.
- Coordinate Events : Plan and manage continuing education courses and marketing events, including logistics, vendors, and marketing materials.
- Create Content : Write and edit compelling content for social media, email, digital, and print that maintains a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Social Media Management : Contribute to and help manage content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement across digital platforms.
- Team Collaboration : Work independently while staying connected with our growing team of marketing professionals.
What You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field1-3 years of professional marketing experienceExperience with Canva, Salesforce, and Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExceptional communication, writing, and proofreading skillsAdaptability and emotional intelligence to work with varying leadership stylesA creative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solvingWillingness to travel locally for marketing needs and eventsFlexibility for occasional evening events and reliable transportationBonus if you have healthcare, dental, or oral surgery industry experience-but it's not a must!
