Insight Global is hiring for a Client Service Administrator with a large financial services client in Fairfield, IA. This position does require to work onsite 5 days a week. The Client Service Administrator will assist in the below tasks :
Call scheduling (talking with up to 100 people a day)
Making sure people are available to answer the phones
Helping the transition team
Will be able to take the call and give them the piece of mind that they're being taken care of
Entering call consultation notes in Compass as a campaign
Assist with staffing the phone loop - couldn't answer much beyond very basics, but the caller at least got a live person and could have an idea of roughly when their consultants meeting was over or such. Or our admin could sometimes catch them coming out of a meeting and go ahead and transfer over.
Monitor voicemail box and distro to make sure things weren't getting accidentally buried and overlooked, submitting things from this distro like TOA reimbursements
