Job Description

Manage all phases of ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout. Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery. Lead subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Operate as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, and internal teams. Deliver accurate cost tracking, change orders, and progress reports. Run project meetings to align stakeholders and resolve issues proactively. Create solutions to challenges in real-time, ensuring safety and compliance on every job site.

The Successful Applicant

Experience : 7+ years managing ground-up commercial construction projects, ideally $10M-$100M in value. Skills : Strong in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client relations; proficient with construction software and project management tools. Personal Qualities : Collaborative leader who can motivate teams, proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail, and confident communicator with both field and executive stakeholders.
