Responsibilities :

Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Manage CRM tools such as Sage and HubSpot to track and analyze sales data effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to anticipate consumer behavior and identify potential growth opportunities.

Create and maintain detailed reports on sales performance and marketing campaigns.

Coordinate inbound and outbound sales activities to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Support product demonstrations and provide technical insights to prospective customers.

Maintain organized records and manage time-sensitive tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.

Uphold a customer-first attitude, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Sage and HubSpot software is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate consumer behavior.
