Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 8-12 Onboarding Specialists, focusing on recruitment, development, and performance management
Drive operational improvements and onboarding efficiency through proactive management of the customer pipeline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer experience throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an Implementation Leadership role at a SaaS or growth-stage company
Experience in the SMB space with an ACV of $1000-$10,000
Proven track record in managing a high volume of onboardings with quick activation times
Experience in developing low-touch tools in collaboration with eLearning, Product, and Engineering teams
Strong operations and data focus, comfortable managing by numbers
