The Inside Sales Representative - Netforks is responsible for increasing revenue with both existing customers and identifying / developing new prospects. This is a highly technical position and the successful candidate will deliver superior quality and value to our customers. Must be comfortable with technology, eager to learn and willing to adapt in a changing environment.

• Interprets customer needs and proposes product solutions for standard and custom fabricated applications
• Develops an understanding of basic company products and systems to be able to support customer requests and requirements.
• Follows-up on new inquiries and builds long-term relationships with key accounts
• Capable of assisting e-commerce customer support requirements, including customer “chat” email leads and order entry.
• Follows-up on order execution ensuring all organization commitments are met
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Complies with the requirements of the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System (when required).
