We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Injection Molding Operator to join our team in Mukwonago. This role offers excellent benefits and a commitment to employee success.

Work Schedule & Compensation :

Shift : 2nd Shift, 6 : 20 PM - 6 : 30 AM

Rotating Schedule : Enjoy a consistent 2-2-3 rotation.

Competitive Pay : $20.35 per hour.

Paid Training : The initial 3-4 weeks of training will be conducted on the 1st shift, compensated at the full 2nd shift rate.

Your Growth Matters : We are invested in your success. After your initial training week, you will be paired with a supervisor who will provide one-on-one guidance until you are fully confident in your abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Operating and monitoring injection molding machinery.

Accurate data entry using computer systems.

Utilizing barcode scanners and label makers.

Labeling boxes for outgoing shipments.
