As a Student BCBA , you’ll receive hands-on training under the supervision of experienced BCBAs. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in real-world settings, work directly with clients, and build essential clinical and analytical skills. You'll help implement evidence-based interventions, collect and interpret data, and collaborate with your supervisor to deliver meaningful, high-quality services.

PLEASE NOTE- Our Case Hours are from 3pm-8pm(After School Hours+ Weekends)
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement evidence-based interventions and collect data

- Receive mentorship to develop clinical skills and transition into a full-time BCBA role
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and manage case responsibilities
- Participate in regular supervision and feedback sessions

Enrollment in a verified course sequence (VCS) for BCBA / NYS LBA certificationStrong understanding of ABA principles and a willingness to learnEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate with supervisors and team membersAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelinesCommitment to at least 30 hours per week , including :15+ hours of direct client workRemaining hours for supervised indirect tasks (per BACB guidelines)Ability to follow BCBA recommendations and adapt based on feedback
