Manage, develop, coach and mentor a team of CAE engineers, conduct performance evaluations, establish inclusive work culture directives & plan annual training. Lead in design and validation of virtual models for structural analysis and design optimization during the New Business Development and Awarded Project phases in the development of chassis, Body-In-White, Fluids and Propulsion systems. Conduct regular reviews of CAE simulation work with internal & external customers to ensure compliance with standards, requirements and best practices. Identify opportunities for improvements in engineering practices to obtain increased operational efficiencies. Participate in development and ensure adherence to QMS Policy. Utilizes skills such as Nastran, Hypermesh, Hyperview, HyperGraph, Hypermorph, Abaqus for Catia, nCode, ANSA and Optistruct. Requirements : Master's degree or Equivalent in Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial or related plus 12 months of work experience in Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial or Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) field.
