Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
Drive daily outbound activity to ensure team meets or exceeds KPIs
Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
Proven success in a cold calling environment with a focus on activity and quota achievement
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
