We are actively seeking Claims Attorneys located in Houston, TX with the following qualifications :

• 1-7 years of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense, claims litigation, or personal injury.
• Deep understanding of insurance law, civil procedure, and claims handling practices.
• Strong negotiation, litigation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to support hybrid and / or onsite role in Houston, TX-based office.
• JD Degree from an accredited institution.
• Active bar license in good standing in the state of Texas.
• Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
