Senior Network Engineer (Louisville)

One of the larger organizations in the healthcare space add a Sr. Network Engineer to their team. Ideally we are looking for someone with a strong background in Cisco ISE, where this person can eventually lead this area of operations within their environment. Depending on experience the starting salary is up to $125,000 depending on experience. This will be onsite for the first 90 days, and after that period most of the engineers on this team come in 1-3 times per week depending on preference and project needs. This team has a fantastic culture, room for promotion, and will play to each engineers strengths / wants to gain them more experience in the areas they are interested. Below is a brief overview :

The Cisco Identity Services Engineer will lead the redesign, deployment, and phased implementation of Cisco ISE, with a strong focus on Network Access Control (NAC). This role involves hands-on configuration, integration with existing infrastructure, and upgrading the current authentication-only setup to a full NAC solution. The engineer will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of network specialistseach with their own domain expertise in firewalls, wireless, and routing / switchingwhile also contributing across areas to maintain a dynamic and skill-building environment. They will be expected to take ownership of the ISE initiative, provide technical leadership, and share knowledge with the team, all while participating in collaborative problem-solving and solution design discussions.

Desired Skills & Experience

4+ years in Networking Engineering

2+ years experience helping deploy, implement or manager Cisco ISE into an environment (strong focus on NAC)
