Project Engineer

Salary : $65K-$80K (salary depends on experience)

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, and interfacing with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and subcontractor agreements.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with safety regulations.
Assist in budget modifications and financial tracking of projects.
Support the Assistant Project Manager in daily project operations and reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Engineer in construction or healthcare projects, or Co ops or internships

Strong understanding of project documentation, change orders, and RFIs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
