Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the Field Project Manager to manage project milestones, financial oversight, procurement, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion while acting as the first line of communication with customers and "our customer's best service provider."

Responsibilities :
- Establish project milestones and analyze costs; Exposure to financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine the impact on the project; adjust or correct project plan and / or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.
- Provide project financial oversight; including but not limited to, forecasting revenue, monthly invoicing, cash flow, and budget vs. cost reviews (WIP reviews).
- Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget.
- Timesheet Expense COI Procurement.
- Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals, and related project activities regularly with customers and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential project risks and develop / implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
- Act as "our customer's best service provider" by providing timely updates on projects, quickly addressing concerns, customer calls, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance.

Qualifications
HS / GED and / or College degree, trade school or equivalent experience (preferred)1+ years call center, dispatch or administrative experience.Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.Basic financial knowledge and skillsability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable / payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring the highest level of service.Requirements :
