As part of our high-performing Service Department, you’ll help keep our guests on the road — managing our loaner and rental fleet, coordinating service traffic flow, and ensuring every customer has a five-star experience.

What You’ll Do

Rental / Loaner Coordination

  • Greet service guests and explain loaner / rental procedures.
  • Verify driver’s license and insurance, complete agreements, and handle check-out / check-in.
  • Track mileage, fuel, and condition of vehicles; coordinate cleaning and maintenance.
  • Manage availability and reservations to ensure smooth daily operations.

Service Dispatch

  • Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill and workload.
  • Maintain shop flow to meet daily production goals.
  • Communicate repair status updates with advisors and customers.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for warranty and policy compliance.

    • Requirements :

    What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in automotive service, rentals, or dispatching (dealership experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with DMS or service scheduling systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
