Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Acute Care

Location : Quinter, KS

Schedule : Mon–Fri, 8a–5p (No weekends, holidays, or call)

We’re looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our 21-bed Critical Access Hospital team. This role offers a steady weekday schedule in an inpatient / swing bed setting. You’ll be the only OT onsite, providing hands-on care, collaborating with staff, and charting in CPSI & ReDoc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatments for patients in acute care and swing bed settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting in CPSI and ReDoc systems.
• Provide patient and family education on therapy goals and home programs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
