Position : ALLIED-Respiratory Therapist (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient responses and progress during therapy sessions.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy procedures and equipment.
Ensure all respiratory therapy equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Engage in self-assessment and goal setting for personal growth.
Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in respiratory therapy.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Experience / Qualifications
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
Excellent communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
Track record of achieving targets and performance metrics.
Proven experience as a respiratory therapist in a clinical setting.
Strong understanding of respiratory therapy equipment and maintenance.
Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
Ability to adapt to new technologies in respiratory therapy.
