Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to lead collection efforts and maintain healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full collections cycle for past-due accounts, including outreach and payment resolution

Develop and implement collections strategies to minimize DSO and reduce aged receivables

Document all collection activities accurately in NetSuite / Salesforce and prepare regular reports on collections activities

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of collections experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments

Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce

Proven track record of successfully collecting past-due accounts

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a bonus

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
