Associate Recruiter
As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting Reema's growth by recruiting mission-aligned professionals to join our care teams. You'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as Community Guides, Behavioral Health Community Guides, and other behavioral health and social services positions. The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting within the social services and behavioral health space and understands the unique competencies required for success in these roles.
You'll work closely with hiring managers, the People Operations team, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume frontline roles, particularly in the behavioral health and human services space (e.g., Community Guides).
- Source and attract diverse, mission-driven candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
- Screen applicants for qualifications, cultural alignment, and experience with serving individuals with complex social and healthcare needs, serious mental illness or substance use disorder.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring managers to create a seamless interview process for both candidates and internal interview partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to our applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining candidate records and process documentation.
- Promote Reema Health's mission, culture, and DEI values through every touchpoint of the candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and hiring policies.
Required Qualifications :
12 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment for high volume frontline social services or community-based roles.Experience recruiting case managers in the social services, human services, or behavioral health sectors is required.Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse candidates and hiring teams.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and other talent acquisition tools and software. Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and contribute to company goals.Prolonged periods of working on a computer is required.Ability to independently use technology-based tools and systems is required. Proficiency in Google Workspace and other digital collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Asana) are a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
