We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex international hub openings and operational initiatives. This long-term contract position is based North of Boston, Massachusetts, and requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and the ability to drive progress across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to managing timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and engaging effectively with senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive master plan to integrate activities across legal, IT, facilities, and other departments.
• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Actively follow up on the status of multiple ongoing projects to ensure progress and identify areas requiring intervention.
• Communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide updates and escalate issues when necessary.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of all project components.
• Schedule and lead project meetings to align teams and address any roadblocks.
• Track project deliverables and document progress to maintain accountability.
• Drive project execution by ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• PMP Certification
• Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
• Expertise in scheduling and leading effective project meetings.
• Familiarity with project documentation and reporting.
• Bias for action and the ability to proactively drive progress across teams.
