Oversee the pre-litigation process, including valuation and maximizing claim value while ensuring appropriate client care. Conduct settlement negotiations and manage recovery disbursements, ensuring timely resolution of escrows. Advocate vigorously in all jurisdictions across the Commonwealth. Lead depositions, focus groups, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Maintain exemplary client relationships and mentor junior attorneys and peers. Exceptional attention to detail and superb organizational abilities. Effective communication skills paired with a deep understanding of the real-life implications of personal injury cases on our clients. A strong desire for responsibility, growth, and success, complemented by outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be a caring and supportive team player; we are not silos at GMA.
