The Vacuum Truck / Saltwater Hauler is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of saltwater, brine or other non-hazardous fluids from production sites to disposal or treatment facilities, requiring skill in operating a vacuum truck in remote terrain and extreme weather conditions while adhering to DOT regulations, company policies, and maintaining high standards of safety, environmental responsibility, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
Compensation : Commission pay for miles and barrels - Daily rate ranges from $300 to $500 per day. Hourly rate at $31.50 for service work.

Operate a vacuum truck to load, transport, and unload saltwater or fluids from tanks, well sites, or pits to designated disposal facilitiesPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure the safe operation of equipment and adherence to all DOT and FMCSA regulationsAccurately complete manifests, logs, tickets, and other required paperworkSafely connect hoses, open valves, and monitor fluid levels during loading / unloadingMaintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned truck and equipmentFollow company safety procedures, including PPE use, spill prevention, and site-specific proceduresNavigate and operate vehicles safely in rugged, icy, and off-road conditions common to North Dakota oilfieldsBe prepared for rotating shifts, long hours, and on-call responsibilities as required by field demandsCommunicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and field staffRespond appropriately to changing weather, road, and well site conditionsReport any vehicle or job-related issues promptly to supervisorsQualifications :
Valid Class A CDL with tanker requiredMinimum of commercial driving experience (oilfield experience preferred)Clean MVRAble to pass DOT drug test and background checkAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededKnowledge of basic mechanical systems and troubleshooting preferredAbility to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in extreme weather conditionsExperience driving in snow, ice, and sub-zero temperatures strongly preferredFamiliarity with regional oilfield activity in the Bakken or Williston Basin a plusPreferred Skills :
