Job Title : Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join a new product line. You will be responsible for assembling fans and fan components for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement. Electrical experience is also advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fans and fan components for data center servers.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Operate equipment such as power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
• Maintain a basic understanding of business processes.
• Identify and correct routine problems.
• Perform tasks in varied environments, including on ladders and in confined spaces.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a climate-controlled facility with first shift hours from 6 : 30am to 3 : 00pm and second shift from 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm. Orientation and training are provided on the first shift, with mandatory training for the first two weeks for those reporting to the second shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr.
