Operations Coordinator - Stafford, TX
The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting scheduling, order management, and overall operational efficiency. Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, this position ensures accurate order tracking, transparency, and excellent service levels across the facility.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain promise dates for all Product Sales orders.
- Regularly update scheduling information throughout the order lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve scheduling questions and provide timely updates.
- Monitor shipment timelines and proactively communicate status changes.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness of the company's products and services.
- Uphold company safety standards, including hazard reporting, required PPE usage, and completing training on time.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
