Legal Researcher (CA Licensed)

A company is looking for a Legal Researcher (Mandarin / English).

Key Responsibilities

Research legal requirements and manage licensing and compliance for various product offerings

Conduct thorough contract reviews and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Assist in the design and implementation of legal and compliance policies to manage risks

Required Qualifications

Strong academic background in law (Bachelor's degree, JD, LLM, or PhD)

Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

Ability to quickly synthesize and apply new information

Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
