Senior Academic Designer, Literacy

A company is looking for a Senior Academic Designer, Literacy / Primary Grades.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and develop content for teacher and student materials, including learning objectives and lessons

Train and mentor junior Academic Designers on content development and project documentation

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish workflows and maintain communication about project status

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in elementary education, literacy, linguistics, or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience in literacy curriculum development and educational publishing focused on Grades K-2

Subject matter expertise in foundational literacy skills

Ability to create and visualize content for various delivery formats and classroom settings

Experience in teaching is an advantage
