Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Pastor and Choir / Music Director, the accompanist will perform on organ and piano for Sunday Masses (possibly up to three), school Masses on Wednesdays, and choir rehearsals.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform piano and organ accompaniment for practice, rehearsals, and Masses.
• Have knowledge of church music and its integration into liturgy.
• Familiarity with church documents governing liturgy, such as Sacrosanctum Concilium, Musicum Sacram, and general instructions of the Roman Missal, is preferred.
• Possess basic knowledge of music sound production.
• Set up and tear down music equipment as needed.
