Designed to be an entry-level job, the Float Relationship Specialist role goes beyond a traditional bank teller it's a career opportunity with potential for growth and advancement. In the Relationship Specialist role, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of financial services, with the ability to advance as you gain new experiences.

Our Relationship Specialists are responsible for processing cash transactions, opening deposit, savings and credit card accounts, and discussing loan and retirement products. Most importantly, Relationship Specialists build meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise.

You don't need to be an expert in the financial industry or have direct bank teller experience to apply for a Relationship Specialist position. If you bring a positive outlook, trainable mindset and passion for service, we'd love to talk with you about growing your career.

The Float RS will be responsible for floating throughout the Florida store network.

This position will primarily support the Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Brandon and Bloomingdale stores.

Competitive pay starting at $21 / hr + depending on experience plus $3.00 / hr premium pay.
