• Lead the design and development of modern web, cloud, and API-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, vendors, and global development teams in an agile environment.
• Set the technical direction from architecture and frameworks to best practices in CI / CD and microservices.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable applications leveraging .NET, cloud (Azure / AWS), and modern frontend frameworks.
• Mentor developers, champion innovation, and keep the team at the forefront of new technologies.
• Learn and keep pace with the latest advances in the field and rapidly grasp new technologies to support the environment and contribute to project deliverables.

Working Conditions :

Compensation : The salary for this position generally ranges between $120,000 - $135,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan / Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
