About The Role

Selko's Marketing Director will lead the marketing team in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, focusing on product portfolios within the livestock feed additives sector.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Strategic Planning : Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic marketing plans for all product portfolios, ensuring they align with key business objectives
• Manage Team and Resources : Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while effectively managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient and responsible execution of initiatives
• Drive Product and Portfolio Growth : Collaborate with commercial, sales, and technical teams to identify customer needs, manage product pipelines, and oversee the successful launch of new products
• Represent Business Interests : Act as the primary marketing representative for the US feed additive business, ensuring alignment and collaboration on a local, Business Unit, and Global level
• Facilitate Key Meetings and Relationships : Organize and lead critical business meetings, leverage relationships with external vendors, and network effectively with internal and external stakeholders
