We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic with a strong background in Pratt & Whitney engine platforms to support engine maintenance, inspection, teardown, repair, and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pratt engines such as the PW4000, PW2000, PT6, or GTF (PW1000G), and will ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :
Perform disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of Pratt & Whitney engines and components in accordance with FAA / EASA and OEM guidelines.Troubleshoot and repair engine discrepancies identified during inspections or operations.Follow OEM maintenance manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and internal work instructions.Complete and document all maintenance actions accurately using appropriate software or logbooks.Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures and guidelines.Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and inspection teams to ensure airworthiness.Operate and maintain specialized engine tooling and ground support equipment.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.Support borescope inspections, NDT processes, and engine testing (if applicable).Participate in training and ongoing learning for new Pratt & Whitney engine models and technology.Required :
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Pratt & Whitney engines (., PW4000, PW2000, V2500-PW, PT6, PW1000G).Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and work instructions.Knowledge of FAA, EASA, and OEM maintenance standards and practices.High level of mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Strong understanding of turbine engine systems and operation.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Good communication and time management skills.Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.Preferred :
Experience working in an FAA Part 145 repair station or airline MRO environment.Familiarity with digital maintenance tracking systems (., Quantum, AMOS, TRAX).Pratt & Whitney engine training or certifications.Familiarity with engine removal / installation on-wing and off-wing (for field support roles).Work Environment & Physical Demands :
Work is performed in a hangar or engine shop setting.May involve shift work, overtime, and weekend hours as required.PPE must be worn when working around aircraft engines and tooling.Occasional travel may be required for field support or engine transport.Reference : 1038198
